We’ve all heard the Justin Timberlake song, but we haven’t all realised that the term “like I love you” in an anagram of my name. So this is a spot for me to introduce you to one of my favourite items out right now.

If you know me, then you’ll know I love pink fur. But honestly, any textured pink fabric can get it. Especially velvet.

This can be tricky to pull off so my suggestion is to go for something fairly skimpy – so there’s just a hint of the trend – rather than a head-to-toe velvet look.

A bra top under a black mesh body is a great example. Another is this gorgeous pink velvet body by Gooseberry Intimates worn with a black leather skirt or trousers.

Definitely the perfect blend of fabrics in my opinion.
