Getting dressed is probably my favourite thing to do on a daily basis. Last summer, after a really bad break up I decided to re-up my life, making over every aspect of my personal life and career. One of those areas was my underwear drawer so I replaced my post-adolescent collection of badly fitting bras with a treasure trove of lingerie sets – all perfectly measured. Calling it “life-changing” would be melodramatic but the subtle change it had in my attitude to dressing did act as a mini life-makeover.
