Dancehall star, Vybz Kartel, has been acquitted of one of the two murder charges he is currently facing…

It has recently emerged that the dancehall artist has been acquitted of the murder of Barrington ‘Bossie’ Burton.

Vybz was charged with the murder of St. Catherine businessman, Burton, back in October 2011. It came just a fortnight after he was charged with the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.

Vybz and the two men that were accused alongside him, Lenburgh McDonald and Nigel Thompson, were all found not guilty of the murder of Burton. All three were freed after the prosecution told the court they had no more evidence against them.

Kartel will remain incarcerated, as he waits to be tried for the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams in November.
