It’s been a minute since we had some #LilyLoves action on the blog! It took a special item of clothing to catch my eye, but the new collaboration from PONY and DKNY is enough to make your knees weak.
The American shoe and sportswear designer have announced an exciting collaboration with fellow New York fashion conglomerate, DKNY. Together the two brands have created a stunning shoe, styled on PONY’s M-100 trainer, originally released in 1988. With snakeskin and perforated panel detailing, the chunky shoe is reminiscent of many styles that took off in the early nineties, including the Spice Girls platform shoe. However, the PONY X DKNY offering has a more desirable sole, offering some added lift to the wearer.
With all that said, there’s only one pair of shoes I’ll be copping this Spring.
